Account Creation

Trading Rules
- All gift cards must be legitimate and obtained legally
- Gift cards must have a minimum value of $5
- Expired or invalid gift cards will be rejected
- We reserve the right to verify gift card authenticity
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed within 24-48 hours of verification
- We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and cryptocurrency
- Transaction fees may apply as disclosed at checkout
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
You may not:
- Trade stolen, fraudulent, or illegally obtained gift cards
- Use our platform for money laundering or illegal activities
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Spam or harass other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use automated tools to access our platform
GiftNoOnes provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Gift card value fluctuations or merchant policy changes
- Third-party actions or service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
